Hi Adam,

While there is indeed functionality in OpenBuildings in this regard currently, it is planned that it will fully incorporate the functionality of Netsys with the release of Update 10. The information in the below announcement should hopefully assist in clarifying:

Hi Adam,

OpenBuildings Designer has the option for the Pipe System Sizing utility for the systematic way of computing and sizing the pipe through the interface-based mechanism.
and has three Primary Standard for the pipe design data i.e. CIBSE (UK Standard), ASHRAE (US Standard), AIRAH (AU Standard). Please see the attached image for your reference.
