&lt;p&gt;we can reproduce the issue on our end. we suspect the cut plane rotation can be an issue regarding this. we have reproduced both in u8 &amp;amp; u9. Now need to discuss with development whether its an bug or not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Interesting, i also am using V8i SS6. after opening the file using building template GB &amp;amp; reopening few of the reference files i am now able to see the beam. I have started investing the issue. Will update you as soon as possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

I am surprised your V8i does not show these elements.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;These levels are controlled by saved view but when I hover the mouse over the &amp;quot;missing&amp;quot; level the tooltip says &amp;quot;Level is OFF in active view&amp;quot;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;edit: Sorry, I checked wrong layer. This horizontal beam is on layer S-G26-M_BracingSteel, which is ON in active view.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Thank you for sending the files. I have opened the drawing file in both v8i &amp;amp; CE. I am seeing the same result for the both the cases.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When you are opening the file in V8i, can you please check the level of the elements that you are not getting to see in CE and check whether they are available or not and also check whether they are available or not.&lt;/p&gt;
