Hi OpenBuilding Forum,
Lately when I use IFC 2x3 to export the model as deliver and cooperation model, then will happen element disappear. As the picture below.
My model is ok in export IFC4, but when I export IFC2x3 cv2.0 that would happen geometric disappear. I had added the catalog into my model and sure it is no information error warning.
to avoid is IFC viewer issue, I had open the IFC file in Openbuilding, then realize that is missing geometric description indeed.
The elements are TriformaSoild or furtureSolid, also checked the properties, but didn't figure out the issues.
Does anyone know what causes this happens and how to solve it?
By the way, my software is OpenBuilding update7 version.

I had tried to export by another version. it is the result.
So, I would like to know, is it because of the version(Update7) missing IFC export ability setting files? and would you suggest updating the previous version during the project?
Our team worried if we do update software will cause other issues to happen? for example data issues.
If possible, would you share the IFC setting files of the success version to let me replace the miss version? If that is the reason cause.

I have also tried to export the model to IFC 2X3 from OBD update 9 but got the same result. The geometry is still missing. Please refer to the screengrab below.
I will have some internal discussion regarding if there are some settings that needs to be changed and will update you.

BTW, as your screenshot provides, seems like the box drain in update9 is successfully exported, is it? Maybe that is a clue to figure out what happened between these two elements...

My team members use the old version to rebuild the part of model again for now. Then the issue is temporarily solved.
If possible, would you able to share the test result or something like what kind of solid will cause the issue to help other users can avoid this issue happening. That would be a big help for me as well.
