Two Different user work on 1 file

i want work with 2 more , but file same ..( like Revit SYNC) how do work 2 people in same file at once..

As Marc pointed out this is not possible an example of what he describes is to have a working file for each user referenced into a master file and then reference that master into the individual users file that way an edit in one file can be seen by each user, though they will not be able to edit the elements from the other user.
