How can Flyover preferences be added to the workspace level? Can they be added to a dgnlib?

As per the current scenario, we can not assigned that into Workspace level. For Default settings it is available in Dataset level. After any customization a new xml file gets created to Workset level. This xml file gets generated within workset>standards>setting folder.Thanks & regards, Arindam Roy

This is currently hardcoded to generate a new XML file in <PathToWorkSet>\Standards\Setting. There isn't a variable, you would need to request an enhancement for this via a Service Request.

I see where the file is created. Is it supposed to be removed when the flyover preference dialog is closed? When I make a change the file is created then when the dialog is closed the xml disappears.
Have you tested in the local environment? Is the FlyoverPreferences.xml file keeps removing when closing the Flyover dialog box from the Dataset/setting location in the ProjectWise environment or both in PW or Local?

Yes and i noticed the same thing. We work in a ProjectWise Environment and the xml can be placed in the workset/settings folder. It will remain there. It just has to be checked out to edit before opening the flyover preferences dialog.
