When I create a Multi-Category Schedule, and select it, it displays the column headers, but instead of displaying items, it says "There are no items to display".
To see the items in the table, I have to drill down into the specific Catalog Type that contains the item.
But what I want is to have all model elements in the same table, regardless of the Catalog Type.
Screenshot below: the model contains a Pipe, a Wall and a Beam.
If it helps, this is something that I know used to work in the past, but ever since I switched to Update 8 it no longer does. In my previous project we started using ABD Update 1 or 2, and it worked out of the box, but then we switched to ABD Update 4 and it stopped working, but I believe we managed to trick it into behaving like it used to by using the old XML Layout files from the previous workspace.
Hello Enrique,
If you try to create a new multi schedules do you see the same problem? I just have tested and it is working fine for me. I have added a profile later in the design model and it is also showing in the schedules.

Aifur, thanks for your reply.
The multi schedule on my screengrabs was just created new before my post.
Apologies Aifur, I think I just fixed it accidentally.
Elements that had been created before the schedule were only appearing under their Type, by drilling down.
New elements were appearing in the schedule no problem.
I just deleted everything, then hit undo, and it all pulled through.
Very strange behaviour.
Apologies again. It only works if I delete everything and undo when the Schedule is open.
If I close the Schedules and reopen, the Schedule is empty again.
Any ideas?
Now i see what you saying. if we have all the catalog in the multi category schedule then its saying no elements. We need to file a defect for that. Can you please log an SR for this?
