How do I export to dwg so only used levels appear in the dwg?

I suppose I can start ABD/OBD with another configuration without dgnlibs and do the export. But I really want to avoid that,
Is there a command that temporarily disconects/hides the levels from a dgnlib. Or better, exclude them from the export.
I thought this was a standard requirement for dwg delivery.
How do you all send off your dwgs? With all levels still in the file, or delete manually in the dwg?
