I tried to copy a Model to another Model with same name. (yes overwrite)
Turns out it doesn't do that. But no warning it doesn't.
Hello Thomas, When you have mentioned copying a model from one to another, does that mean you are trying to do a copy & paste from clipboard or you are replacing files?
Can you share a short video of the workflow? That would be helpful for investigation.

Models dialog> right-click a Modelname `> select COPY in popup manu> change name to same as excisting Model. Click OK

Thank you for the response. I tried to do the same thing, But if i try to rename the model to the same as the parent model then the dialog is not saving the same name model. Please have a look at the attached video.
That is in OBD?
Then it is different thtan in ABD - very good!
From what you described the behavior is working as designed. Is there a reason you want to name it the same as apposed to saving the dgn file as a new file?
