Hi,I get the message: Imagenof found D:\Dropbox\VM\Standards\Materials\Patterin\RAL7016.jpg.Afterwards tjhhe file crashes.Which 'Configuration Variable' do I have to use to point to this map and file?
Hello Marc,
That message is just an warning. It should not crash any normal file. upon crashing there is exception log that gets generated, can you please share that log file with us. The location of the crash logs are: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\OpenBuildingsDesigner\10.0.0\ExceptionHistory.
Regards,Alifur
The MS_RFDIR is used to locate references this includes raster references. As Alifur pointed out the message is a warning. There appears to be other commands that are run after it fails to find the image.
If its crashing you can check to see if any exception logs are generated and submit them for review:

Regarding the issue with the raster though it appears you are using dropbox on a mapped drive. If files will be used by multiple users from different machines the directory path needs to be the same or you will likely run into issues where the rasters are not found.

Thanks Alifur, it makes it more clear to me how to use the MS_RFDIR. I think I have solved it already by pointing in the frames, which I use with framebuilder, to the right levels which are used in the Parts and Families. Now it doesn't crash anymore. Kind regards, Marc
