Print output issues

Having resolved the problem with missing Saved View dialog by the “-restordefaults” expansion I lost the printer routines. Before the Adobe Reader pdf-print dialog showed up automatically, very efficiently.
Now, I cannot even find the pdf file produced by Microstation. I edited the MS_PLTFILES config to the wanted output directory, closed and restarted,….but no effect.
Is there another step I missed?

I tried to delete and then, after "prefs folder" had come back automatically, I renamed it. No way...
There are funny folders before the prefs. Maybe I did not find the right path?

No worries! We will guide you to the proper folder location.
Actually you will have to delete the folder named "8.11" and then restart your AECOsimBuilding Designer. Please refer to the below screengrab.

Check to make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device. ...Unplug and restart your printer. Set your printer as the default printer. Clear the print queue. Reset the service that manages the printing queue.
