Check to make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device. ...
Unplug and restart your printer.
Set your printer as the default printer.
Clear the print queue.
Reset the service that manages the printing queue.

No worries! We will guide you to the proper folder location.

Actually you will have to delete the folder named "8.11" and then restart your AECOsimBuilding Designer. Please refer to the below screengrab.

Hi Sayan,

I tried to delete and then, after "prefs folder" had come back automatically, I renamed it. No way...

There are funny folders before the prefs. Maybe I did not find the right path?

Hi Ingemar,

Can you please try to rename/remove your "Prefs" folder from this location: "C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Bentley\AECOsimBuildingDesigner" and then restart AECOsimBuilding Designer? Please refer to the below snapshot.
