OpenBuildings Desinger CONNECT Edition Update 9 - Version 10.09.01.38
When trying to apply a display rule using Display Style Override to fill an element, I can't get the fill to print to a pdf. I've tried using both Display Style Overrides and Symbology Overrides in the display rule with fill turned on and neither rule prints properly.
Thanks,
Dan Ruston
Hello Dan,
Interesting, when i tried to place a structural element and then applied some symbology override to make them look pink, they are showing the element proper in the drawing view, upon print i am also seeing the same thing. Please see the below image.
I can see you are using an custom print driver, can you please try to use the OBD delivered pdf print driver and check whether the outcome is same or not?
Regards,Alifur
I tried using the delivered pdf print driver and I still can't get the solid fill to plot correctly. I can get the colors to change and plot fine but when it comes to trying to make one of those circles solid fill is when i run into issues when plotting.
I tried with fill and it is also coming in my print preview.
That's interesting, I can get the display rule to fill the objects in my view but I still can't get them to plot correctly, even using the delivered pltcfg file.
Heu Dan,
Can you open the file in OBD microstation mode & see whether there is any different results are coming or not?
