Hi, I m trying to publish idgn for one federated model, but got an error
"package is not created because one or more files are not published."
i found the same issue in a fairly old thread few yrs ago but the issues was not answered,
appreciate if anyone can advise.

This can possibly happen due to fact that the file might be having some embedded schemas present in the file. Please run this keyIn : ecx schema list check whether you have embedded schemas or not. Once you run the key-in the schema names would come in the message center. If there are any older schemas then you need to clean them.

i ve checked the schemas embedded.
I think because it is a container model, i found like 70 schemas, do i need to clear all 70?
Only the schemas that are old which is not compatible with CE schema needs to be deleted. Please raise an SR so that we can send you the process of cleaning the embedded schemas.

Well this time the error message says access violation which is different than unable to publish business data.
