Seems the centre lines of structural members are selectable regardless if they are visible or not. Took me a while to work out what's going on as I would have elements "randomly" selected when selecting other elements. In the snapshot below, I just hover my mouse over the invisible centre line and am able to select the member. Is there anyway to to turn this "feature" off? COG lines work as expected (non selectable when turned off).
