I am working on the modeling of electrical equipment/conduits in openBuilding designer and I have 4 questions as follows:
1- What is the best workflow for modeling these conduits? Myself, I create smart lines then convert them to Raceways. The problem is there are no handles for the conduits to modify their length as in pipes for example. Is there a solution for this?
2- What is the use of the cable manager? I want to give information to the conduits with the origin and termination points. Is there a specific field in the properties to do this? Can I create a parameter to hold this info?
3- I am not sure what is the usage of the OpenUtility substation if I am able to create all the equipment and the conduits inside OBD.
4- Can I create electrical troughs inside OBD?
