Just upgraded to Windows 11 and got this message when I loaded OBD 10.1
Clicking OK allowed OBD to finish loading.

There is a dll file which works to load PS database. When you have upgraded to windows 11 that time something has happened with file and causing this issue. Please check at this below location, these files should be stored here.
If these files are present here and still getting this message, please repair/reinstall the application to avoid this warning.
