It depends.
Many doors created by Bently are sweep elements across the entire frame. For that one you can't do anything.
Attached is a hollow metal door that allows you to set the head.

accidentally (actually by lack of knowledge) I discovered a thrilling feature of PCS. That is, a profile (such as door frame with shadow gap) needs not to be a closed loop as long as the 2Dpath has a thickness > 0. It can however be swept along a path. This allows for quiet complex door frame geometries.

We had to re-build all of our Doors to have our Jambs separate then our Headers, using extruded profiles and then set separate variable constraints in PCS. This allowed us to have the flexibility that was not delievered, we also went ahead and made all of our 2D door symbols the same.
