We are just starting to get into exporting our Bentley Architecture models in GBxml to look at them in TAS.
Having a problem with the export process.
Seems to go through all the steps fine but when it comes entering the ZIP / PIN Code it will not accept anything we key in.
Therefore we can not export.
Working in Sydney in Australia.
Does anyone know where we can get ZIP /PIN codes that the export process will accept? as it does not accept out standard zip codes
1) In your project goto data directory
2) Open EnergyAnalysisMappings.xml file
3) In <Mapping Name="ZipCode"> node add CodeFormat for your country.
4) Also in your user pref directory (for e.g C:\Documents and Settings\aditi.joshi\Local Settings\Application Data\Bentley\MicroStation\8.11\_ruFabKo6scjA4epkawgMw\prefs\tf_imperial_EnergyAnalysisPref.xml) add default values for Zipcode parameters
Hi, excuse me, I'm italian and I have the same problem, but I don't think is important the zip code, the problem is that can not find the closed volume, but I don't understand what to do? Do you know a workflow? is it necessary define a space? or other particular? thanks

Yes, enclosed volumes are required for this; for example, spaces with joining walls and a "ceiling". However, there are options available to assist in the process.
The Help section titled "Create Analytical Space Model dialog box" may help point you in the right direction.
Excuse me I don't see this section into the guide. I drawtwo slab (floor and roof), and wall with architectur. So I create a space. Thi is an example. After a export, AECOsim answer me one error. It's create a new energy model , I press export but there is some wrong in this workflow' . I ant to export to gbxml to work with TAS. Please, an I help me? do you haev some notes or others documentation?
I tried to export a model. I import this model bt TAS . When I draw a model from TAS, I draw a view 2d about all single floor and after is create e 3D modeller. Instead now I can see only the 3d modeller without a single floor. so, I can add or modify component into the 3D modeller imported. Is it correct ? or I should see e single floor and should can modifie a building?
