Parametric Cell Studio

Why is there not that much information about Parametric Cell Studio. Or am I just looking in the wrong places. Does anyone know if there is a publication on Parametric Cell Studio? Or is the only information about it you can learn from the Bentley Institute?

The parametric cell studio must be a very powerful tool but the interface is totally incomprehensible. As an experienced Autodesk user I am amazed that creating intelligent content is so difficult. Any tips for me getting up to speed? We can't be tied into using the 'out of the box' cells.
