Hi, when I download the 30-day FREE Trial of AECOsim Building Designer (34.9 mb) I get the message that the file is not a Win32 application.Any suggestions what I have to do?
One thing that comes to mind is that the file did not download properly (or completely), so you might want to try downloading the file again.

Yes, ..... if you only have 34.9 Mb then most certainly the file did not download fully. Normally these things will be several hundreds of Mb.
Maybe your connection cuts out after a while, ......if it does you can try to 'continue', sometimes this will pick up where the download stopped, so you don't have to start from the beginning again. Though I can't say for definite how things would work at your end (not knowing your set up of course)

I am trying for 3 days now.
The AECOsim Building Designer is 1.4 Gb big so i guess you only downloaded a friction of the program. How do you download or better where? Maybe if you are in your company, the network doesn't allow to download that size. Downloads from the Bentley server are sometimes a pain as the server is a bit slow, but it works for us. We use usually the night for downloads.
You also can request a CD from the nearest Bentley representative if the download won't work.

I asked a friend if he could download the file, but with no luck.
I sent a a mail to bentley. They are going to contact me as they replied.
How can I request a CD.
