Is it the case that because of the way thematic maps render they disregard what clip planes have been set in the attached models and drawings ?
I created the space planning layouts for all levels of the building in one 3D model using the floor manager to set the appropriate level for each arrangement. This was then referenced into the concept block model. Within the concept model I used floor level plan call outs to create separate drawings for each floor and referenced these into the sheet file. I would have thought that any additional models referenced into the concept model would only show elements that exist within the set cut planes in the sheet file. It seems that the process of rendering the thematic maps does not conform to the clip planes and renders every level one on top of the other. For this reason It would seem therefore that the space planning for each floor can only be done each in a separate model file.
Is there a way of controlling the font size, color, and alignment of the drawing labels generated with Space planner | Labeling tool ? ( The text is coming out at a humongous size and a Centered Alignment would be preferable rather than left indented). I would also like to be able to remove the color filled label background. The Dialog box is devoid of any preference settings.

Any news on this? I have same problem with Thematic Mapping ... Can't read the Space Label.
Well as you can see I didn't any response on this. The thematic map rendering engine works independently of the view set up. However the label size is set via workspace | Preferences | Building designer | Auto dimension font size. I think it is also tied in with what annotation scale is set when you transfer the model to a sheet.
Jyde, it might be best to log a service ticket with support for this in order to get some more in-depth troubleshooting.
