Any ideas how I can change the units of the modify slab properties / quantities?
Under Workspace | Building Architecture :
Untick working units and set unit of measure to Meters.
Also tick unit of measure and key in Meters.
Also under Settings | Design :
File Format should be set to MU
Master units and sub units should both be set to Millimeters
I prefer Accuracy to be set to 0 as you will never physically measure a percentage of a milliimeter on site. This is best suited for micro design and detailing.
These are my settings I dont get read outs in Cu.ft or Sq mm
So it should work for you.

Small progress achieved, but not yet finished.
I can't tick the Unit of Display, probably because of the "Display Units Configuration Varaible is in use". Any hints what that means?
