AECOsim Building Designer Metric (dataset GB-United Kingdom)- Scheduled Training

Paul, can you clarify? Is this a new deal, or always been avail? I mean, following a long chain of links, I find

AECOsim Building Designer Ask the Instructor V8i (Base Release,SELECTseries 1,SELECTseries 2,SELECTseries 3) - English

is FREE (GBP75 crossed out). So I assume it's new - I don't remember finding this before.

If so, why not make a great fanfare, loud and clear, instead of it still being found only with determination and a little pre-knowledge? As one of the hitherto grumblers, it's a dream come true!

Or maybe, having taken one (my first) class, subsequent ones will show as GBP 75.

We have had metric sessions ready, we just didn't have the live instructor led sessions schedulded on a regular basis. And we took our US sample and converted over to a GB sample (may not be perfect but it shows file organization, etc). Which will be an included link to download when you register for any of these sessions.

The Ask The Instructor sessions are free, so that is what you are seeing for those sessions. We've tried to schedule these on a regular basis, with some focused on architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical and some general.

I'm hoping that posting the schedule on the forum is part of the fanfare! (Don't have a trumpet or french horn but could do a harmonica one...)

The cost of the sessions are related to your training subscription status, as noted in the post.

The links should take you right to each session listed and you'll see we have some sessions schedulded in October and some coming up in November.

HELP - I select the links above and they take me to Bentley Learning but only to the front page not to the class.  Then from there I find no LIVE category.  I try ABD but cannot find these classes.  Nothing that says ASK the INSTRUCTOR.

Finally found the one for ABD - but when I went to Structural, Plumbing and Mechanical it sent me to ABD.

Are they all ethe same course?

I found no way to search by class ID

The Learn pages are really chaotic, and when you click the various kinds of expand buttons, the selection that's revealed sometimes takes you back where you've come from, in different form. The route to anything is confused and overlapping.

Just like Bentley Help pages, there's lots of circular-referring detail but no clear overall picture or structure or principles of what's available.

It's taken real time and determination to suss the current offerings. In AECOsim Building Designer Metric (dataset GB-United Kingdom)- Scheduled Training I posted what I'd found, and it was much more than the scattered hitherto announcements in the forums; only then were the below links published.

Does anyone in the whole Bentley world know about these new offerings, apart from the tiny fraction who use these forums?

Then you had to reselect the link.

It would have been nice to click or seach for these my number or "ask the instructor" as it would be nice to see what else is out there.

Also will these be available on-demand.

In a War Zone only some buy personal Internet and this class is not available to at work.

I can go on or if they could ask questions in some other way then maybe they could still get the answers.
