Sorry, my fault...

If you open the BB_Floormaster.dgnlib directly, are the floors you created displayed? You should be able to see them using either the Floor Manager option in the Building Designer pulldown menu or the Item Browser (File pulldown menu).

Not sure what you mean when you say "Adding floors by directly opening the DGNlib", I want to add floors in the Floor Manager...

Also, would using the floor manager be a suitable option for large projects? Using references must be the better option, what would Bentley suggest?

After adding floors by directly opening the DGNlib, have you reopened the file a second time to be sure they're still there?

Do you have read/write priviledges for the Floor_Master.dgn?
