Note that you can unhide hidden cached elements using the "Display Hidden Elements" icon in the Reference dialog (right side of icon row). That'll grey out all elements that aren't hidden, making it easy to identify the hidden ones. Once in this mode you can Unhide individual elements.

Guys this serious , If any bod ycan help , I have workaround this problem

I used Copy/Hide Cached functions in order to manipulate this and this done ,but the reference still cached what is the disadvantage of this ,specially regarding the drawing symbology in the library " it will be dynamic changes or what " ?
