Ah... that could be part of the problem! Does this description seem familiar? - "I am doing drawing extraction, I want to control the line weight using the library, I set my library to be "by level" in the definition and in drawing symbology, how I can optimize my drawing level weight, where i should change the level weight, in the dgnlib files or in the file which i work on?"

If this is something you've logged with support, then I need to confirm your information since obviously the emails I've been sending have not been making it to you! If so, please send me a PM from here with your full name, company name and location, and email address.

Also, if you include the SR numbers that you've been waiting on that would be helpful as well.

As Eric mentioned you can certainly post your question here since in addition to Bentley colleagues we also have a global user base so there's usually someone reading just about any time of day. In regards to Service Requests, if you could list the number(s) here I can certainly check on them.

FWIW, I've had SR 7000185991 open with you for about a month now and have sent a few emails, but never did receive a reply. Now I am wondering whether the information we have for you in our database is accurate. Are you located in Athens?
