I have imported a Hevacomp project into Open Buildings energy simulator, when I run the Part L calculation I get a error stating HEPA-FILTER = 0, there are 3No. of these in the list and 1No. error stating 'bad reference GLASS'
Please can you advise on how to solve this.
Thanks
Hello Steve,
It sounds like you may not be running on the latest version in that case - I understand that these errors (shown here) were resolved in the Update7 Priority Build.
We would be more than happy to provide you with a link to this if you could please log an OpenBuildings Service Request here, requesting the Priority Build.

We are still getting a Hepa Filter = 0 code unknown when we run part L, please can you advise on how to resolve this
Did installing the priority build resolve the "GLASS" issue?
In relation to the HEPA filter issue - developers have let me know that this will be resolved in the upcoming release of Update 8. For now you should be able to get around this by ticking default (for each room), as below:
The glass issue has now been resolved, we have reversed the layering as instructed.
When is update 8 due to be released
Hi Steve,
Update 8 will be released in the coming weeks however only the priority build will produce XML's for the time being, as that is the version approved by building control.
Just to clarify - has the priority build been installed?
Regards,
