Open Buildings Designer Part L import issue

Question

We are importing a Hevacomp DDB file to Energy Simulator however the program crashes during the import. See below screenshot. 
 The program appears to stop at ZoneSys.NDX

Hi Steve, 
 I have taken a look into your project and the reason for this is the way the roofs have been set up in your model - conflicting data was present as it appears that not all irrelevant rooms were omitted, eg as below:

I have re-setup roofs in Hevacomp accordingly and the roof surfaces are now appearing fine. I will log a Service Request to send you the revised model shortly.

Good morning Steve, I have tested the project import here and it is working fine in the Update 7 Priority Build . 
 If it is not working for you then it sounds like you may still be on the standard installation from our website. The priority build was since created and addressed many issues. This is not available on the website however we can give you a direct link to download it. To get it please log a Service Request here if you have not already done so.
