Open Buildings Designer Part L import issue

Good morning Steve, I have tested the project import here and it is working fine in the Update 7 Priority Build.

If it is not working for you then it sounds like you may still be on the standard installation from our website. The priority build was since created and addressed many issues. This is not available on the website however we can give you a direct link to download it. To get it please log a Service Request here if you have not already done so.

The Part L calc runs now we have installed the priority build however the roof is not included in the calculation. See below screenshot. Please can you advise on how to rectify this.

I have taken a look into your project and the reason for this is the way the roofs have been set up in your model - conflicting data was present as it appears that not all irrelevant rooms were omitted, eg as below:

I have re-setup roofs in Hevacomp accordingly and the roof surfaces are now appearing fine. I will log a Service Request to send you the revised model shortly.
