We require the xml file from the Part L calculation to enable us to provide an EPC however the following error appears when we run the SBEM with level 4 complexity selected.
The program will run when level 3 is selected
Our assessor is trained to level 4
Hi Steve,
That is most unusual - we will endeavour to get to the bottom of this however if you are under pressure for your results from this project please let me know and I can forward you the outputs and XML file in the meantime, if required.

I have two projects what I need the xml files for, Sandygate Hall which is the one you already have and the REEL cinema, would you mind providing the xml for this one as well so we can get the EPCs completed. Can you send me a link to upload the REEL Cinema file.
Regards
Steve
Sure, I will log a Service Requests to do so and will email you shortly.
Regards,
Use the second upload for the REEL project, I have followed your instructions on the email with this one. I sent the 1st one without reading through your email.
Thanks
Thanks for that. The error below is the reason the SBEM calc is failing:
"ERROR: Assessor is not qualified to undertake the assessment for this building's complexity"
Looking at the PartL inputs is showing that level 3 qualification has been selected:
I've opened the project and this is confirmed to be the case:
Perhaps I am missing something but the software appears to be working correctly here. You will need to change this to NOS4 if you are running a level 4 project. Does this not allow the calc to complete?
