Opened a project I have been working on and all of the rooms I had created have disappeared. Has this happened to anybody else before? I am pretty new to this version.
Hi,
I will ensure that our developers inspect this project for you - so that we can obtain the project Workset from you could you please log a Service Request here ? I will then send you a link to confidentially upload your project files.
Regards,
Shane

Please note for any other users experiencing similar issues; we have found this behaviour is related to not creating a Workset for the project. Please ensure to create a new Workset for each new project, and save the DGN model within that Workset - this process is shown in detail in this article.

Hi Shane, i am experiencing the same issue where all rooms have "disappeared" on the project tree for a zone. Due to the way the company is set up, we have licences for the software (OpenBuilding Energy) on separate computers which means that on occasion depending on availability i switch between the computers when working on my energy simulation. Is this a scenario where i need to create a shared workspace, or is it still possible to work on a different server but access the same workspace?
I have attached a picture of my project tree to accentuate the issue with my rooms. As you can see it has turned into a zone, but when i go into the zone manager, I have no available rooms to select from as they have "disappeared". I am also unable to go into each room on the model space.
Thanks
Hi Aakil,
Good afternoon. Did you ensure to create a shared Workspace as in this Wiki? If so there should be no issues, as long as the project was not opened under an unrelated Workset. If needed we can take a look at the project for you - if you would like us to please log a Service Request here and we would be happy to send you a link for upload.
