Copy floor not working

I would need to see the project to say for certain - could you please forward the Workset folder (as shown here) to this link.

I have sent the Workset Folder. There are two versions of the project and V3 is the errored project. It mentions that the 2nd floor has indeed been copied as the third floor but this floor is not visible.
