Sure, I will need to see the Workset for the project firstly - to avoid this matter overlapping with Hrushik's issue I will log a Service Request now and will send you a link to upload shortly.

Hi Shane,

I'm having a similar issue as Hrushik except the floor builds but it leaves behind a seemingly disassociated floor when I "hide all floors" (See picture below). This then seems to be causing the error Hrushik mentioned above when I attempt to copy another floor in after (In total I need 8 floors).

I'm using version 10.08.00.44 and it's still occurring. Are you able to provide a solution at all please?

Great, that should explain it, as there were several fixes in Update 8. If the problem persists after updating please let me know and I can send you the working model.

Hi Hrushik,

I can see what you mean. However I deleted the floor in question via the project tree, and successfully copied the 2nd floor (up 2.3m - was this correct?) and the model is now working fine. This was on Update 8, Are you perhaps running on the older version of the software (to find version see here)?

Hi Shane

I have sent the Workset Folder. There are two versions of the project and V3 is the errored project. It mentions that the 2nd floor has indeed been copied as the third floor but this floor is not visible.
