Copy floor not working

Question

Copy floor not working. When we copy the floor we get given the error above. Any suggestions.

Hi Hrushik, 
 I can see what you mean. However I deleted the floor in question via the project tree, and successfully copied the 2nd floor (up 2.3m - was this correct?) and the model is now working fine. This was on Update 8, Are you perhaps running on the older version of the software (to find version see here )?
