Hi Choten,
This post seems to have been missed for quite some time as it appears to have been in the wrong place - please note for any Energy Simulator queries you should instead use the following forum:

To answer your question; the locations available in the software are those provided by Meteonorm, so we have little input into their properties. However there are some things you can do to accomplish this - most simply you could just select the closest available location as this should have near identical conditions - for example the below is just over the border in India:
Alternatively, should you require Bhutan specifically you could obtain the weather files you require, and then import these into the software - please find guidance below:

I think Shane is already explained to you how to deal with it. But I have a question. What kinds of energy for heating and lighting do you use for it? I'm studying the question of energy efficiency, so it's exciting for me. That's a relevant point in our time, so I'm trying to collect more information for future projects. I also rarely write some articles; you may use them as extra resources for your work. Here you can find some tips for your general education. I hope it will help you.
Hello Barry,
Hope you had a good weekend! In Energy Simulator we have the facility to select fuel type or fuel resource for your building, Under Properties of the building. You can find it by right-clicking on the building from the project tree and roll down to the economics section, as shown below:
Thanks,
