When we carry out heat gain calculations the fresh air volume does not appear to be correct. This room should have 50 people at 12 litres/sec therefore the fresh air should read 0.6m3/s however it reads 0.0322m3/s.
We have altered several settings yet this figure does not change.
Please can you advise on how to change this figure as the heat gains will be incorrect if the fresh air volume is not correct.

Hi Steve,
The Fresh air HVAC settings for the steady state calculations can be specified in HVAC Manager - please see guidance here.
I have tested this here on a per person basis (see below) and the CIBSE Gain figures are reflected correctly:
(Please note that I have logged a suggestion with development to instead include these settings in the CIBSE Gain calculation menu).

From the same screenshot the latent heat gains look very low for 50 people in the room, again I have altered several settings but this figure does not change.
Please can you advise on how to amend the latent heat gains for occupants.
