Not sure if the browser settings helped, but I've been looking into our records here and see you are listed under two accounts, with your details recently moved under a new company name? Hi Spyros,

That's strange - I just tried here and all seems fine. Could you try deleting your internet history, closing all browsers and trying again? This sometimes works. It would also be worth trying Chrome / Firefox if you had those.
