Hi I have model the building with 75 rooms and warm floor as heating type. the result only shows the plant ratio of 1 and pre-heat period of 0. However, I am look at different plant ratios and pre-heat period hours.

I have tested this here and all appears to be working fine - the below Pre-heat and Plant Ratio results are shown automatically :

Hi Maitiniyazi,
This feature will always be enabled in results by default, if it is applicable to the rooms that are being calculated.
The pre-heat times displayed are based on the occupancy schedules selected for your room - eg if your rooms are set to be occupied for 24 hours a day then there will be no possibility to preheat prior to occupancy.
Taking one room for example:
24 hour - no preheat possible:
Office (Occupied from 8am) - preheat shown until then:
