I am tracing rooms into a new model but there are a couple of areas where tracing in the rooms is not working. I trace in the room as with the others, but when I click to complete the tracing the room does not appeare. There are no issues with the floor heights. Any ideas?

Could you please confirm there are no pre-drawn rooms in that place where you are trying to trace the room? If you have a project, try showing the entire floor or the building from the project tree and check.

Thanks for you response. There are traced rooms on the floors below , which do not clash. The only other rooms are from the imported .dwg files I am tracing from?

Do a right-click on the floor and set the one as active. Hope this helps.

Many thanks for your assistance. I have managed to resolve the issue. Although the rooms were not showing on the tree, when I ran Validation they appeared in the room list. Once they were removed all was ok.
