Hello, I am wondering if anyone else has had the "upgrade" from Hevacomp to the latest software of OpenBuilding Designer, and zero support in doing the transition? I haven't used the new software, as I don't understand it, nor had any training to enable me to use it. However, I am also unable to find within the Bentley system, if I am on a reoccuring subscription, and if sdo, how do I cancel. Any help/comments would be appreciated.
Hi Chris,
We have so many resources available to you for this.
Finally, regarding a lack of support - I've searched our records here for your name and cannot find a single previous request for support - if you need support you need to let us know! We are more than happy to help. We can arrange a session/demo/training, or whatever you need.
To clarify, for any future queries you can directly contact the OpenBuildings and Hevacomp support team by either one of the following:

Shane, Thank you for your response. However, we have been migrated to Open Building Designer, not Open Buildings Energy Simulator.
Yes that's correct - OpenBuildings Energy Simulator comes as standard as part of OpenBuildings Designer.
For your info - OpenBuildings Designer is BIM software containing different building disciplines, such as Architectural, Structural, and so on. One such discipline is that of building simulation/modelling, which is OpenBuildings Energy Simulator.
It is in effect a complete program in its own right and has its own starting icon, and contains the aspects of Design Database and Simulator. The below announcement may also help in clarifying:

Just thought I'd follow up in case you needed anything else form us in relation to this? I hope the information was of use. Should you need any further support just let us know and we'd be happy to help.
