For any other users who may be experiencing similar, in this particular instance SBEM flagged these partitions as they were adjacent to unconditioned rooms - i.e. rooms that had the HVAC System Type in PartL set to "No Heating or Cooling".

They were no longer flagged upon either improving the U-value of these surfaces, or adding HVAC to the unconditioned rooms.

Actually that would be helpful, I've actual had other problems with this file but slowly over a number of days they've rectified themselves apart from this one issue.
