Hi I have installed PartL2021 by following the online guidance and I tried to run different projects. However, I got zero for TER CO2 and got the foundation area wrong as well.
it would be great if you can tell the possible reasons caused this error.

Krishnendu is on leave today so I will assist in the meantime.
We have several users running 2021 perfectly after updating the relevant files, and I also note that your SBEM version has not updated, so I would suspect some aspect of the process was not quite right.
Or, the calculation may just be bringing up results from cache files from previous results. To regenerate this, could you please run the calc for one zone only, and then again for all rooms?
