I've tried it again and it's still not working - I've checked the folders / worksets / workspaces / etc and as far as I can see it's all correct. I've copied projects previously and renamed them and never had an issue but for some reason this isn't working. As far as I can see I've followed all the guidance.

Hey Graham,

Could you please review if you are opening the design model under the parent workset-workspace? By meaning parent workset I am directing to the workset under which you have created the dgn model.

I've done that already. I've also copied and renamed the .dgnws and the .cfg files

Any other ideas

Hi Graham,

I am guessing the issue was the renaming of the WorkSet folder, as there are also two small config files that are required to tell the software where to find all your data. These get created when you create a new Workset. The article below should be of assistance with this
