is it possible in OpenBuildings to calculate the spread of cigarette smoke to plan smoking areas at a distance that is safe for the health of the surrounding people?

unfortunately I didn't find Hevacomp on the bentley.com. Is this still actual solution? Maybe Hevacomp part of other Bentley's program?
