The four systems are pretty pre-determined so if you wanted to model more specific systems with additional custom components like heat recovery, you may need to consider instead using Simulation (ie you can see the Heat Gains and Losses simulation alongside overheating here) , where you can incorporate a custom HVAC System, eg as below:
