When accessing the project tree on one of our projects the software shuts itself down with no error codes given please help.

unfortunately this hasn't seemed to have work and the program still crashes with not error codes.

Thanks for the update. So, it looks like there's something going on with that particular project and we need to look into it thoroughly.

I'll use this email id to create a new case in our Service Now support portal and then I will ask the user to provide me the project to investigate further.
