Where are the Drawing View "Seed" files?

Steps to Resolve

The Drawing View "Seed" file is located inside the dgnlib. I.e, for Architectural Drawing Views the "Seed" files that are used to create them are located inside the DrawingSeed_Architectural.dgnlib file.
