I am using the GB dataset for structural design, and can see that the correct family and parts are available and the GB beam and column model annotations display in the 3D model. However when creating Plan Callouts the labels I need do not display in any of the plan drawings I've created.
There are a few things you can check:
1) In the Drawing Model, right-click on any graphic element and choose Set Reference Presentation. Switch to the Structural rules tab. If you know which rules apply to that specific drawing, select one and use the Edit icon to open the Apply Drawing Rules dialog where you check which Family+Part that rule applies to. Does it match the Family+Part assigned to the structural members in the 3D model?
2) From the Apply Drawing Rules dialog above, click the Edit icon to open the Edit Drawing Resymbolization Rule dialog where you can check that the label settings are correct.
3) While still in the Edit Drawing Resymbolization Rule dialog, switch to the Single Line or Double Line tab (whichever applies) to see if there are any level/symbology overrides in use.
4a) Back in the Drawing Model, right-click over any graphic element and choose DV Levels > Level Off-Forward/Reflected or -Cut Plane or -Model to see which one is controlling the display of that element. You can verify the level by having the Level Display dialog open.
4b) Since level/symbology overrides can be accomplished without drawing rules within the Family+Part assignment, open the Dataset Explorer and switch the Parts View from Definition to Drawing Symbology. Is the Cut Plane and/or F&R View Level set differently than that of the Definition (the 3D model)? This should match up with the results in 4a above.
