Problem Description

I have 1 Aecosim license & 10 MicroStation V8I licenses.
I looked thru the FAQs for Aecosim but could not find anything about opening Aecosim created files with MicroStation V8I.  Do you have any information about this?

Steps to Resolve

Yes, it is possible to open files created in AECOsim Building Designer in MicroStation however, elements that contain Triforma intelligence can not be edited or manipulated in plain MicroStation.

You can try this by creating a sample file in AECOsim (place Windows, Doors, Walls, etc.) and open that file in plain MicroStation then see how it handles elements containing Triforma intelligence.
