Problem Description

When creating Drawing Views, in the Drawing and Sheet Model elements are highlighted or selected on the background even though those elements are not visible or part of the Drawing View.

Steps to Resolve

This is due to the fact that Visible Edges is set to "Dynamic" by default.  If Visible Edges is set to "Cached" than the elements on the background would no longer highlight or be available for selection.
